The Cotswold Ice Cream Company in Bourton-on-the-Water called us because their Jura XS90 coffee machine had stopped dispensing coffee and they wondered if we could repair it for them.
Jura repairs are our forte and I offered to pick the machine up directly from the company in the Cotswolds & get it back to them in full working order a week later.

Once back in my workshop I started checking the coffee machine for obvious problems. This Jura XS90 was approximately 5 years old and completely blocked with limescale.
Unfortunately, living with hard water in the majority of the UK, this is a known problem which can only be prevented through the use of a water softener, using filtered water or regular descaling. We recommend servicing Jura coffee machines every 2-3 years depending on your model.
After descaling the entire machine, we gave it a thorough service and checked it was working properly.
The machine is now working like new and was returned to the happy owner, Mr. Allan Hymers, of the Cotswold ice cream company, in exactly one week, as promised.
