We received an enquiry from Colin in London, whose Jura A1 coffee machine was struggling to deliver coffee. It’s a domestic machine that had been used a lot more frequently during lockdown with Colin working from home.
We were able to pick the coffee machine up personally from Colin’s home address in London SE12. His Jura A1 machine was four years old and it was now very slow and proving difficult to deliver any coffee.
After opening the coffee machine, it became apparent that the brew unit was full of old coffee residues, which were stopping it from performing properly. Fortunately, no new Jura parts were needed, just a thorough clean out, so we performed our full Jura coffee machine service and the machine started working perfectly again.
