We received a request to repair a Jura Coffee Machine that had stopped working after travelling from Singapore to London with its owner, Angela.
She used our handy “pick up” service, which we offer to customers in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and West London.
I picked up the broken coffee machine and brought it to my workshop to work out what had been damaged and formulate a repair plan. Upon closer inspection, I found the steam switch had been broken in transit. Fortunately, Jura managed to supply us with a new one, all the way from Switzerland. Having replaced the steam switch and given the rest of the coffee machine a thorough service, everything is working well again now.
The machine was delivered back to Angela in London, and she was very happy to get her much-loved Jura coffee machine back like new. Happy days!
