We received a call from Celly’s Hairdressing Salon in Winton, to request our Jura repair service, as their machine had stopped delivering coffee through the spout.
This particular machine is a Jura X7 which is around 9 years old. We went straight over to collect the coffee machine personally and got to work that day troubleshooting the problem. It didn’t take too long to discover the brew unit was completely worn out and luckily, we had the part in stock, so we were able to replace it with a new one. The machine was also given a full service, which we include as part of all our Jura coffee machine repair cases.
